Five tracks
Your growth is split into five tracks, each one a different way of showing up well:
- Interdependent. Becoming a trusted part of your network.
- Superconnector. Connecting the right people to each other.
- Heterodox. Thinking for yourself and still reaching across the aisle.
- Soul-searching. Writing in a clear, open, centered way.
- Convening. Pulling people into the conversations that matter.
Each track has tiers you climb as you take part, and you collect badges along the way. You can pin one to three tracks to focus on; the rest keep counting quietly in the background.
