When you host an event, a small set of tools shows up on the event page just for you. They help you fill the room and keep your guests in the loop without much fuss.
Where to find it: Open your event from Events. The host tools sit near the top of the page.
Inviting people
Tap Invite & Share to bring guests in. You can invite people already on UpTrust, send invites by email, or copy a share link to post anywhere. Pending invites stay listed so you can resend or remove them.
Keeping guests posted
- Message. Send a note to your guests. You can pick who gets it: everyone, just the Going crowd, the Maybe crowd, or people who have not replied yet.
- Reminders. Nudge guests as the date nears. You can send at most one reminder a day, so it never feels like spam.
- Co-hosts. While inviting, you can make someone a co-host. Co-hosts get the same tools you have, so they can help invite and manage.
Stay in the loop yourself
