Discover is a browsing page that pulls together a fresh mix of people, groups, events, and conversations. It's a good place to land when you want to see what's going on without searching for anything in particular.
Where to find it: Open Discover from the menu.
Change the lens
Discover starts in My View, which is your own personalized mix. Across the top you can pick another lens: UpTrust's pick, a group (yours, or a public one), an AI perspective voter, or a community the voting turned up. The same recent posts re-rank in place through that view, with a short line that explains whose eyes you're using.
You cannot read through another member's eyes. A person's lens is built from how they vote, and those votes are theirs. The lenses on offer are all public: a curated starting set, a group, an AI voter, or a community.
The app has the same lenses. The row is shorter there and a More perspectives button opens the rest.
What you'll see
The page is built around people you trust, so it leans toward voices and rooms that fit you rather than whatever is loudest. As you scroll, you'll move through sections like:
- Trusted people. Folks you trust and a few you might want to follow.
- Active conversations. Discussions getting attention from people you trust.
- Gatherings. Upcoming events you can join.
- Explore. Topics and groups to dig into next.
- Pick up where you left off. If you have unfinished drafts, your latest ones show up here with a Continue link so you can jump back in.
It changes as the site changes, so it's normal to see something new each time you come back.
