I read this fast company article that brought me to tears friday. It’s behind a paywall, so you can read it when we’re in person. Long story short Chick-fil-A is super mission oriented, which most people know.... We are attempting to craft a very intentional structure/culture which supports a thriving lifestyle, both as an end unto itself and in a holographic way that we hypothesize will find it’s way into our code, architecture, etc and influence our product which will influence the... in the long run i imagine this discussion being like the process of staying on the board while surfing: it’s a constant adjustment/negotiation, but it becomes second nature....
