in the long run i imagine this discussion being like the process of staying on the board while surfing: it’s a constant adjustment/negotiation, but it becomes second nature.... One story @pete and i discussed: Other startups haven’t done what we’re doing for good reasons, like capitalism (@link to my post) or whatever, but we’re going to crunchish until we monetize and then internally self-justify....
