Yeah it’s definitely supposed to mean
I bet people who trust me will want to see this,
but it’s not obvious how to get people to think of it that way.It's weird making a post and not having it at the top of my feed

Nobody say global trust scores! :P) When I read the article, my read is 1) community notes is done basically using "global trust scores" and 2) your comment was a joke, specifically a self-deprecating stab at that.
